Facilitating a quick and smooth transition to the culture and values of Amherst College, so that students can acquire the information and skills that will allow them to take full advantage of its educational opportunities.

The Office for Student Academic Development also connects Amherst students to academic programs such as the Creating Connections Consortium Summit (C3), the National Collegiate Research Conference (NCRC), the Engaged Scholarship & Social Justice Undergraduate Research Conference (ESSJ), the Annual Yale Bouchet Conference on Diversity and Graduate Education, and the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students.
