Vision
The Office of Student Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (OSDEI) aspires to create a campus that actively values diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in all its forms i.e., race, ethnicity, genders, religion, class, ability, sexual identity, country of origin, and veteran status. Our office composed of different student representatives, bringing together projects and ideas that aim to make our campus inclusive.
Mission
OSDEI provides Amherst College staff, faculty, and administrators with a deeper understanding of the Amherst College student perspective and reality. We work to amend and create institutional practices and policies to improve student experiences.
