Description & Goals

Launched in September of 2018, the purpose of the Hiring Pilot Program is to learn more about the demographics of the staff applicant pools and to consider steps the College can take to ensure a hiring process that mitigates bias. 

Our Goals

  • Measure demographics of applicants at three various touch-points for all non-casual staff positions
  • Measure the persistence of demographic groups through the hiring process
  • To be able to ask questions about what this data means for inclusive processes
