Eunei Lee ’89 was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2018. For the past 24 years, she has been living in Hong Kong, where she is involved with nonprofit work. After graduating from Amherst magna cum laude in fine arts, she received her M.A. from Columbia University in the Department of Art History and Archaeology and continued as a graduate fellow pursuing a Ph.D. in American art before moving to Hong Kong.

Since 2011, she has served on the Board of Managers of the Hong Kong International School, where she chairs the committee on trustees. In 2012 she joined the Board of Directors of the Asia Art Archive, where she heads both the development committee and real estate committee. For the past decade, she has also been actively involved with Mother’s Choice, a local Hong Kong organization, spearheading fundraising initiatives and volunteering in the organization’s Child Care Home.

She is married to Ron Lee and has three children, including a son currently attending Amherst.
