Hope Pascucci

Ms. Pascucci worked at Deutsche Bank for seven years and Merrill Lynch for 10 years. Most recently, she was Co-Head of Global Capital Markets for Deutsche Bank in London. She had responsibility for Global Debt Capital Markets, European and Asian Equity Capital Markets and High Yield/Leveraged Loans. She managed a team of over 800 investment bankers responsible for the asset and liability side of the balance sheet for corporations, financial institutions, sovereigns and supranationals. Her team’s products included senior debt through common equity, derivative solutions, structured debt and equity, foreign exchange and commodities. She also managed the risk of the global primary investment grade, emerging market and structured note syndicate desk.

Ms. Pascucci started her career at Merrill Lynch in 1990 as a preferred stock trader. She then worked for Jeff Chandler on the New York syndicate desk. She moved to London in 1998 to assist Merrill Lynch in developing a European credit business in anticipation of the arrival of the Euro common currency on January 1, 1999.

Ms. Pascucci received a B.A. from Amherst College in 1990 and is now a trustee of the college.
