2007-08 Milestones

TEAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS

- Ended the year with a 27-3 mark, best season in program history
- Started the season with a 17-game win streak, best start and longest win streak in program history
- Finished the regular season atop the NESCAC standings, earning the right to host the 2007-08 NESCAC Tournament as the top seed
- Defeated Colby 83-53 in the First-Round, Bowdoin 71-47 in the Semifinals, and Tufts 59-53 in the Finals to win the program’s first NESCAC Championship
- Received the conference’s automatic bid to the 2008 NCAA Tournament (first NCAA Tournament birth in program history)
- Defeated Becker and Bowdoin in NCAA Tournament for first NCAA wins in program history
- Finished with the NESCAC’s highest scoring offense (73.6 ppg), second best scoring defense (53.2 ppg), highest scoring margin (+20.4 ppg), best field goal percentage (.456), second best three point percentage (.372), second best assist average (16.13 apg), and best turnover margin (+4.13)

- Led Amherst to the second best single-season turnaround in Division III, improving upon the team's 12-13 record of 2006-07
