Krystyn Elek Named to All-America East Second Team
March 22 - Amherst College sophomore goaltender Krystyn Elek has been named to the RBK Hockey Division III Women’s All-America East Second Team for the second consecutive season. The RBK Hockey All-America Teams are sponsored by RBK Hockey, an international leader in hockey equipment, and are chosen by members of the American Hockey Coaches Association. Full Story

Amherst Ends Spectacular Season with 3-2 Loss to Elmira in NCAA Quarterfinals
March 15 - The Amherst College women's ice hockey team cut its deficit to one goal in the final 80 seconds of regulation, but the Lord Jeffs could not complete their comeback against Elmira College in the quarterfinal round of the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament at Orr Rink. March 9 - The Amherst College women's ice hockey team was notched up with Colby College heading into the second period of the NESCAC Championship finals, but the Lord Jeffs erupted for six unanswered goals to win their second consecutive conference crown, 7-1. January 18 - The seventh-ranked Amherst College women's ice hockey team upset fourth-ranked Elmira College this evening 3-2. Michelle McGann scored the game-winner for the Lord Jeffs in the third period. Full Story

January 15 - The Amherst College women's hockey team stayed hot with an 8-0 win at Castleton State College, as the Lord Jeffs have out-scored opponents 19-1 in their last three games. Reigning NESCAC Player of the Week Kate Dennett led the way with two goals and two assists. Full Story

January 14 - Amherst College sophomore Kate Dennett was named the NESCAC Women’s Ice Hockey Player of the Week for leading the Lord Jeffs to a pair of conference victories. After a rare two-game skid by Amherst, Dennett helped her team get back to its winning ways by totaling three goals and two assists in wins over Wesleyan University and Hamilton College. Full Story
