Senior Running Back Eric NeSmith

  • Finished ninth in the NESCAC in rushing yards per game (47.7)
  • Finished season with 334 yards and three touchdowns
  • Finished career with 1,576 rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns

Senior Wide Receiver Jim Eckenrode

  • Finished as Amherst’s second leading receiver with 45.4 yards per game (227 total yards), adding one touchdown
  • Finished career with 589 receiving yards and four touchdowns

Senior Outside Linebacker Guy Matisis

  • Named to All-NESCAC First Team
  • Finished eighth in the NESCAC in sacks (4.5)
  • Finished fourth on Amherst in total tackles (41), third in sacks (4.5) and fifth in TFL (4.5)

Senior Outside Linebacker Jake Spadafora

  • Finished eighth in the NESCAC in TFL (8.0)
  • Led Amherst in TFL (8.0), tied for second in total tackles (48) and was fourth in sacks (3.5)

  • Finished with 4.0 TFL and 2.0 sacks
  • National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society Member

Junior Wide Receiver Brandon Bullock

  • Named to All-NESCAC Second Team
  • Finished tied for seventh in the NESCAC in receptions per game (5.50)
  • Caught 33 passes for 311 yards and two touchdowns
  • Averaged 20.7 yards per kickoff return
  • Led Amherst with 82.8 all-purpose yards per game

Junior Defensive Back Chris Govey

  • Finished tied for sixth in the NESCAC in interceptions (3), tying for the most on Amherst

Junior Kicker Matt Eberhart

  • Finished third in the NESCAC in yards per punt (36.7), tied for third in field goal percentage (.750), and fifth in kicker scoring (19 PAT, 6 FG, 37 points)
  • Named NESCAC Special Teams Player of the Week Oct. 19 for his performance at Wesleyan

  • Finished 11th in the NESCAC in total tackles per game (7.4) and tied for fifth in passes defended per game (1.12)
  • Finished tied for sixth in the NESCAC in interceptions (3), tying for the most on Amherst
