June 22 - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association named Amherst junior Brittany Berckes and sophomore Natasha Brown to its 2009 All-America ranks this week. Berckes makes her third appearance on the list, while this marks Brown's first time as an All-American. Full Story

Lord Jeffs Eliminated from NCAA Singles, Doubles Tournaments
May 22 - Amherst College sent three players to the NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Individual Championships, but the Lord Jeffs were eliminated in day one of the singles and doubles tournaments. This is the first time in three years Amherst did not claim the national doubles title. Full Story

Brittany Berckes Named to ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team
May 21 - Amherst College's Brittany Berckes, Amy Craig and Kendra Stern were each named to the ESPN the MagazineAcademic All-District Women’s At-Large Team, which was announced today by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). The Lord Jeffs were three of only seven NESCAC student-athletes to earn Academic All-District honors this year. Full Story

Amherst Defeats Chicago in NCAA Semifinals, 5-4; Jeffs to Face Williams for National Title
May 20 - The Amherst College women's tennis team advanced to the national title match for the fourth time in program history with a 5-4 win over the University of Chicago in Wednesday's semifinal match. May 19 - The Amherst College women's tennis team advanced to the national semifinals for the ninth time in program history with a 6-0 win over Gustavus Adolphus College in Tuesday's quarterfinal round. May 13 - Amherst College is heading south for the 2009 NCAA Division III Women’s Tennis Championships. May 5 - The Amherst College women's tennis team has been selected to host the opening three rounds of the 2009 NCAA Division III Championships. Apr. 5 - The Amherst College women's tennis team rallied in singles play for a 5-4 come-from-behind win over Bowdoin College. Brittany Berckes Leads Amherst at ITA Championships
Sept. 28 - The Amherst College women’s tennis team sent six singles players and three doubles pairs to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the 2008 Intercollegiate Tennis Association New England Championships.
