Team Accomplishments

  • Defeated Norwich University 7-2 to win NCAA Championship for second consecutive year
  • Finished season 23-2-4 for best winning percentage in program history and in Division III (.862)
  • First program in Amherst history to to win multiple NCAA team championships
  • Won 6th team National Championship in Amherst History
  • 4th program in NCAA Women's Hockey history to win back-to-back Championships
  • Went 12-1-3 in conference play to earn the NESCAC Championship's top seed
  • Defeated No. 8 Colby (10-1), No. 5 Bowdoin (3-2 OT) and No. 2 Trinity (2-1 OT) to win NESCAC Championship 
  • Defeated at the time No. 1 ranked Plattsburgh State (2-1) 
  • Led Division III in Scoring Defense (1.17)

Senior Defender Kirsten Dier
