Kendra Stern '11 Earns Prestigious Academic All-America Honors
June 10 - Amherst College's Kirsten Dier '10, Kendra Stern '11 and Brittany Berckes '10 were named to the ESPN the Magazine Academic All-America Women’s At-Large Team, CoSIDA announced today. Of this year’s 45 College Division honorees, only the three Lord Jeffs hail from the NESCAC. Full Story

Tad Homchick '10 Selected to Academic All-America Team
June 8 - Amherst College’s Tad Homchick ’10 has been named to the 2010 ESPN the Magazine Academic All-America Men’s At-Large Third Team, CoSIDA announced today. Homchick is one of only two NESCAC student-athletes to earn Academic All-America Men's At-Large Team status this year. Full Story

Swim Teams Each Place Among Top Six at NCAA Championships
Mar. 20 - Ryan Lichtenfels '12 swam one of the most dominant races in program history and Kendra Stern '11 broke her own national record in the 100-yard freestyle to lead Amherst on the final day of the NCAA Championships. The Lord Jeff men placed fifth, while the women finished sixth. Full Story
