Walters has also played great defensively, as he is leading the team in steals (28) and is tied for second in blocked shots (21).

This is the second time this season the Walters had been recognized by the NESCAC, as he was named Co-Player of the Week on Jan. 14. He also received the award last season as a junior. Walters and the Lord Jeffs return to action Tuesday at 7 p.m. against Rhode Island College at home.
