AMHERST, Mass. – Amherst College first-year Megan Robertson has been named the NESCAC Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for averaging a double-double during a 2-0 weekend that helped the Lord Jeffs finish the regular season at 24-0.

Robertson averaged 18.5 points, 13.5 rebounds (7.5 offensive) and 4.0 blocks in only 21.0 minutes per game off the bench, all while shooting 16-of-23 (.696) from the floor and 5-of-6 (.833) from the line. She is the third Lord Jeff to be named NESCAC Player of the Week this season.

She finished with 21 points and a career-high 17 boards, while her three blocks helped hold the Ephs to 28.1 percent shooting.

The next day Robertson posted her fifth double-double of the season (16 points, 10 rebounds) despite playing only 17 minutes, while her career-high five blocks helped hold Middlebury to 31.6 percent shooting.

She leads the conference in offensive rebounds per game (3.96), also ranking second in field goal percentage (.551), fourth in rebounding (7.9 rpg), fifth in blocks (1.25 bpg) and 13th in scoring (11.4 ppg).
