Office Clerk

The Treasurer's Office is seeking to hire one new staff member to join our office in the Spring 2017 semester. The position is ideal for students who are interested in campus life and want to gain experience in accounting and financial management.

The Office Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling appointments with students to make purchases using the AAS debit card;
  • Budgetary office payroll;
  • Printer maintenance and replenishing office supplies;
  • Performing various other duties as deemed necessary by the Treasurer.
