Forms and Paperwork
The Treasurer's Office requires different forms to be filled out for different reasons. Below are the forms necessary for each request.
- Discretionary Fund Request
- This form must be submitted for simple funding requests during the semester. You will then be asked to come to a BC discretionary meeting to explain that request. The BC meets at 7:30pm on Thursdays in Converse 207 and at 8pm on Mondays in Cole Assembly Room (Converse Red Room). We hope to see you there!
