AAS Budgetary Committee Registration Fees

The AAS will fund registration fees for conferences or competitions with a $100 cap per person. The event must be well publicized and open to all students of the College, and each student with demonstrated interest must be given the opportunity to attend.

Regarding Conference Fees... The BC will place a dollar amount cap for conference fees of $3,000 in the Discretionary Fund. Clubs are free to decide how much of that $3,000 will go toward hotels (with a max of $150/night) and registration fees (up to $100/person). 

If too many students demonstrate interest than is logistically possible to transport to the event, then students must be chosen by an unbiased lottery system. Failure to implement a fair lottery system will result in reconsideration of future funding requests.
