Each year, the Loeb Center for Career Exploration and Planning at Amherst College conducts a first-destination survey with graduates asking about their first steps six months after graduation. The responses we collect help future Amherst students prepare for their career and post-graduation goals.

91% of the Class of 2021 were employed, continuing education or volunteering six months after graduating.
92% of the class of 2020 was employed, continuing education, serving in the military, or volunteering six months after graduating.
2019 graduates were employed in various industries including education, financial services, healthcare and public health , technology, consulting, government and nonprofits, art, science and law.
