Spotlight on Careers
Spotlight on Careers is collaboratively produced by the Liberal Arts Career Network and covers 40 career fields.

O-netO*NET is the nation's primary source of occupational information. Central to the project is the O*NET database, containing information on hundreds of standardized and occupation-specific descriptors. The database, which is available to the public at no cost, is continually updated by surveying a broad range of workers from each occupation. Information from this database forms the heart of O*NET OnLine, an interactive application for exploring and searching occupations.

Glass Door

Glassdoor is the world's most transparent career community that is changing the way people find jobs. Glassdoor holds a growing database of 6 million the employee-generated company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, interview reviews and questions. Initial preview is free; a student must register using their amherst.edu email address for broader access.
