Unofficial Transcripts

How to upload an unofficial transcript to Experience:

  • Go to Amherst's unofficial transcript page and log in
  • Copy the data on the screen and paste it into a MSWord document, then save to your desktop
  • Document must be in Word (or Rich Text format) for Experience
  • You can clean up the formatting after it's in Word
  • Upload this Word (or RTF) doc into Experience; use the "Other" category in the "Select The Document Type To Upload" list
  • Virtually all organizations that ask for transcripts will want to see an official at some time in the process, but not for the first stage
