Quest is a database for Amherst College students that links you to thousands of jobs and internship listings
Spotlight on Careers offers information specifically targeted to students on various industries including government, social services, public health and the environment
Idealist has a new Guide to Non-Profit Careers in the "Job Seekers" portion of their resource section.  Idealist also connects you to tens of thousands of nonprofit and community organizations in 165 countries and has an excellent nonprofit career center, with hundreds of job and internship listings. 
Careers in the Common Good is an excellent site linking to resources, events and ideas regarding service and social change
Nonprofit organization classifieds
United Nations offers information about internships and jobs at the U.N.
