When the Student Health Service is closed, students are eligible to use University Health Services (UHS) UMASS for urgent medical needs. They are open until 8:00 p. m. Monday-Friday and 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 .p.m. on the weekend during the academic year. Transportation can be provided by Amherst College Campus Police.
If UHS is also closed, Cooley Dickenson in Northampton is the closest hospital.
