Amherst College Health Education Resource Request Form

W e are simplifying the process to request health-resource needs from Health Education (Peer Advocates for Sexual Respect, Student Health Educators) with a new Health Education Resource Request Form. Posters and pamphlets will still be available, and you can expect your order to arrive at your AC box in up to 3 business days. Safer sex supplies are still available, but you do not use this form to request them. If you want safer sex supplies, go to the prescription window in the Keefe Health Center, which is open Mondays-Fridays, not including holidays, from 11:00am-12:00pm and 4:00pm-5:00pm. There you can request a bag of mixed condoms, lube, and/or both.
