Whether you are spending a semester or two studying abroad; taking part in a J-term, spring break, or summer program; making a personal trip; or going overseas after graduation the Health Center can help with your travel needs.

If you have paperwork that needs to be filled out, complete your portion(s) then upload them to the Patient Portal before calling to make your appointment.

Travel vaccines take at least two weeks to become effective. Vaccines that require multiple injections require at least 3-4 weeks to complete.  Not all vaccines are available at the Health Center. You may need to check your insurance coverage. So, be sure to contact the Health Center as much in advance as possible.

Visits with Health Center providers may also include physical exams if required, recommendations for travel medicines, prescriptions for travel and everyday medications, and up to date health and safety information for the areas of the world you will going to.
