The goal of Amherst College Dining Services is to deliver great food one plate at a time, while honoring our commitment to locally produced, sustainable and high quality food.
Our dining locations—from Valentine Hall to our new Science Center café—are bright, cheerful spaces where you can settle in for conversations and delicious food with friends.
Our food is real, too. We use fresh, local ingredients, much of which comes from our Book & Plow Farm, an on-campus farm that has been supplying Valentine dining hall with fresh produce—including carrots, onions, summer squash, kale, mustard greens, tomatoes, bok choi and more—since 2013.
