February 11 – The Office of Residential Life begins accepting housing applications for Academic Year 2020-2021
February 24 – Housing Selection Process Information Session #1, Friedmann Room, 7:00pm – This general session will cover all aspects of HSP, including Suite Selection
February 27 – Theme Community applications close.
March 9 – Housing Selection Process Information Session #2, Friedmann Room, 7:00pm – Session is geared toward Suite Selection. Other questions will be addressed at the end.
March 12 – Lip Sync Participant registration due
March 12 – Deadline for off-campus housing applications
March 12 – Academic Year 2019-2020 Applications Close – All time groups must be confirmed by this date
March 12 – Deadline to submit intent form for Suite Selection Process
March 13 – Housing accommodations finalized with the Office of Accessibility Services

April 3 – Theme Community rosters finalized and all students have been notified of acceptance
April 6 – Housing Selection Process Day 1 – Res Life staff available in Keefe 011 for assistance
April 7 – Housing Selection Process Day 2 – Res Life staff available in Keefe 011 for assistance
April 8 – Housing Selection Process Day 3 – Res Life staff available in Keefe 011 for assistance
April 9 – Housing Selection Process Day 4 – Res Life staff available in Keefe 011 for assistance
April 27 – Deadline for students with approved accommodations who selected a room that did not meet their accommodation to reach out to request a new room from the reserve list
May 16 – Non-graduating students must vacate the residence halls by 2:00pm on Saturday, May 16th. The only exceptions to remain on campus are those who are working for the College on Commencement and Reunion efforts.
May 24 – Graduating students must vacate the residence halls
July 16 – Students with vacancies in their room/suite must inform the Office of Residential Life who they would like to fill the vacancy. Vacancies after this point may be filled by students in the Online Housing Selection Process for students on the wait-list.
July 28 - July 30 – Online Housing Selection Process for students on the wait-list or that did not select housing
September 5 – Returning student move-in
September 8 – Classes Begin
September 22 – Room Freeze ends (Office of Residential Life starts taking requests for room changes)
