I'm Ayo and I'm a Program Organizer for RSL. I am from Lagos, Nigeria and I'm an Interdisciplinary Major with a focus on environmental studies and art. On campus, you can find me biking around, working on the Book and Plow farm, painting, and dancing. I look forward to integrating art into this role, celebrating BIPOC spiritual practices, and promoting a culture of mindfulness at Amherst.
My name is Melanie Huq, and I'm the Climate Justice Organizer for RSL!
I'm a physics major from the Class of 2025. When I'm not studying, you can catch me at Mock Trial practice or jogging on the bike path. I'm excited to be working with RSL and the Amherst community, in order to use faith and spirituality to mobilize for and guide sustainability and environmental justice.
I'm Natasha and I am one of the program organizers for RSL. I am an international student in the class of 2025 and my prospective majors are Neuroscience and French. I love to spend my free time in nature, painting, or reading. Working for the RSL this year, I hope to bring more interfaith dialogue on campus, as well as focus on social justice initiatives in connection to spiritual and religious life.
Hello, I'm Giovanna, and I've been proudly serving as the Communications Organizer for RSL since Fall 2022. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, I'm part of Amherst College's Class of 2026, being a prospective LJST and French major. My mission here at Amherst is to facilitate meaningful dialogues within our community, especially regarding religion and spirituality. I'm passionate about sharing information, inspiration, and illuminating the beautiful, meaningful stories that revolve around faith. I am eager to keep fostering a sense of understanding and inclusivity within the Amherst College community.
