Our presiding celebrant on this 30th Sunday in Ordinary Time is Rev. Warren Savage. This week we consider the parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector. Jesus “addressed this parable to those who were convinced of their own righteousness and despised everyone else”. We, like Jesus’ Pharisee and tax collector, have come to our local temple (church) to pray. So which of Jesus’ two characters am I?
Students and staff choir members, lectors, and extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist prepare for Mass from around 4-4:30 p.m. Missalettes are provided and all are most welcome!
