On the feast day of St. Blaise, the Church celebrates the blessing of the throats, recalling a miraculous cure associated with him. The blessing draws on the intercession of St. Blaise who is listed among the “Fourteen Holy Helpers,” saints revered as healers.
We will have a brief prayer service followed by the blessing for all individuals desiring it. The service will be held in Chapin Chapel.
