Prayer of St. Michael the Archangel

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Newman Catholic Student Association

Our ministry is dedicated to supporting and increasing your awareness of your own spirituality and the many ways in whch we learn to love God and our neighbors.  This awareness of our need for God is especially important at a time in the world and in our country when hardness of heart and ignorance of the needs of others seems lost.  Christ has to be at the center of our lives and it is through Him that the solutions for our problems lie.

The Newman Catholic Student Association is an organization bound by faith and called to serve others on campus and in society. Our mission is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all students so that we may live our faith and deepen our spirituality through worship, friendship and action.
We grow individually and as Catholic Community through:
              * Sunday Mass at 5pm, Chapin Chapel
              * Confession Sunday starting at 4:30pm. Please email Deacon Tom (tlynch@amherst.edu) in advance so that he may inform the priest.
