Note about upcoming events
Amherst Area Tangueros,
On Friday December 10th the Amherst College Argentine Tango club will host its major event of the semester! We have invited accomplished NYC Tango band The Pablo Aslan Quartet (http://www.avantango.com/) and dancers Rebecca Rorrick Smith and Eric Lundgren (http://www.eratango.com/) to come and share their music and experience. Even if you have not danced before it’s a great way to “grease the heels” and kick off a great weekend of Tango.
On Saturday December 11th, Mount Holyoke College will host a Global Milonga, which will broadcast live to over 15 cities all over the world including New York, Berlin and Prague! (http://www.globalmilonga.org/cities.html). The Pablo Aslan Quartet has generously donated its services and will perform from 6:30 to 7:30p, and Rebecca and Eric will also hold an exhibition.
