Amherst College Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to fighting poverty and homelessness.  The Amherst College Chapter of Habitat for Humanity is a student run organization dedicated to working on local Habitat for Humanity projects and promoting low cost housing.  As a campus chapter, Amherst Habitat has four main goals: advocacy, education, fundraising, and building.

The group is currently focused on a unique project that involves building four low cost housing units on three acres of land donated by Amherst College.
