National Domestic Violence Hotline maintains a free 24/7 hotline for victims of domestic violence, those questioning a potentially unhealthy relationship, and individuals seeking resources. Trained advocates may reached by calling 800-799-SAFE (7233). National Domestic Violence Hotline is also available via online chat from 7:00am to 2:00am CT (or 8:00AM to 3:00AM EST)

National Suicide Prevention Hotline if you or anyone you know is dealing with issues related to self-harm or suicide, please consider calling 800-273-TALK (8255). Local counseling professionals are available to talk 24/7.

Pandora Project offers non-emergency support, resources, and information for  survivors of rape and sexual violence. Resources include, but are not limited to, message boards and chatrooms, a lending library, and articles.

RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) provides support to victims of sexual violence and recources for victims and allies. In addition to self care and ally resources, RAINN offers a 24/7 confidential access to local sexual assault service providers.
