Women’s and Gender Center Womxn's History Month

Womxn’s History Month is a month long celebration where we work to uplift the narratives of all women and nonbinary people. Often, especially when holding intersecting marginalized identities, women and nonbinary people have their stories distorted, minimized, or erased. This month, and every month, we work to destabilize this pattern in representation. The term womxn is intended to center women, as well as to more explicitly include trans women and women of color.
