Vaisakhi (Sikh)

Vaisakhi is an ancient harvest festival in the Punjab region, which also marks the beginning of the new solar year and harvest season. It is one of the most significant days in the Sikh calendar, commemorating the establishment of the Khlasa, an order of baptized Sikhs, in 1699 by Guru Gobind Singh.
