KSA hosted Hoddeok Workshop on 2/24, in Newport kitchen.

Hoddeok(호떡) is sweet Korean pancakes. Unlike pancakes, Hoddeok is eaten as snacks and/or desserts, and are one of the most popular street foods in Korea in Winter.

At the workshop today, we made regular hoddeok with brown sugar and nuts fillings and green tea hoddeok.

Thanks to everyone who came! Hope you all learned how to make hoddeok and also enjoyed eating those yummy pancakes!
