Mindfulness and Meditation
The Mindfulness and Meditation (M&M) RSO offers students a venue to meditate and explore the benefits of mindfulness in their daily lives through the development of awareness and compassion.
In addition to weekly meditation sittings, events include guest speakers, movie screenings, retreats, and day trips. The group is under the guidance of Mark Hart who has been teaching meditation and Dharma for more than 20 years. Open to all who wish to develop a peaceful mind and an open heart.
