Saturday, February 5th: Join us for a day hike at 12:00 pm to Amethyst Brook, a conservation area quite close the college. The Robert Frost trail leads all the way to Puffer's pond. Amethyst is mostly flat land, with trails extending up to the Pelham hills to the east.

Sunday, November 7th: Get ready for ACOC's 2nd Annual Pumpkin Paddle!

Pumpkin carving and river paddling festivities begin at 3:00 pm in front of Jenkins.

RSVP ASAP to Alec Jacobson and then get a $20 (fully refundable) deposit to him (AC #1514 or Jenkins 101b).

Fall Festival

Saturday, October 30th: Join us for Fall Festival this weekend on the First-Year Quad! From 11 am to 4 pm, we'll have pumpkin carving, local apples, cider donuts, mulled hot cider, and demonstrations of outdoor skills. This is an annual Outing Club tradition and an awesome way to celebrate fall.

Mt. Sugarloaf Day Hike

This Saturday, September 18, we'll be having a hike up Mt. Sugarloaf. This should be a pretty chill mid-day hike. Meet in front of Keefe Campus Center at 2:30 pm with a car if you have one! Please RSVP to jcolazzi12 if you think you'd like to attend. We should be back by 5 pm the latest.

Brunch Hike!

You get to go on a nice morning hike with a fabulous brunch spread cooked and waiting for you at the top! This ACOC tradition will take place on Saturday, September 25th. Let us (jcolazzi12) know if you're interested so we can be sure to have enough pancakes and bacon and eggs and various other deliciousness prepared!

Brownstone Adventure Park

Brownstone Adventure Park ( http://brownstonepark.com/ ) offers zip lining, cliff jumping, rock climbing, swimming, obstacle courses and more! This should be a ton of fun, but will fill up quickly. If you're interested email Michelle (mfernandez11) by this Friday, September 17.

Whitewater Rafting

A lot of people are excited about this trip which will take place sometime in October. If you think this is an excellent idea and that you'd love to go, email Kate (keisen12) by this Friday, September 17, to RSVP.
