Find an Article from a Citation

If you're looking for a specific article, search for the journal title (or use the Journals tab in the main search box) to see if we have access. Click into the database that has the year you need. If it's not available online, follow the link into the catalog to see if we have print, or click on Check for Full Text to request a PDF of the article through Interlibrary Loan.

Find Articles on a Subject

If you're looking for articles on a particular topic, try a subject-specific database. Not sure where to start? Try a general database like Academic Search Premier, Project Muse, or JSTOR; the multidatabase ProQuest Search Platform; or start with Discover, our all-in-one search for books, articles, and more.

Find Newspapers

To see if we have access to a specific newspaper, search the title just like a journal. Our biggest current newspaper databases are Access World News (Newsbank) and Nexis Uni (formerly LexisNexis); for historical newspapers, try Historical Newspapers (ProQuest), America's Historical Newspapers, or Chronicling America from the Library of Congress. For more, see the News research guide.
