Return for the Fall 2024 semester is now CLOSED. Please connect with your Class Dean to explore your eligibility to seek a return for Fall 2024.

If you're seeking to return for the Fall 2024 semester, please submit this form by March 10th, 2024. Please note that the web form will be available starting the first day of classes of the Spring term. Students taking leave after March 10th, 2024 may contact their Class Dean to request entry into the return process for Fall 2024. Participation in the pre-registration and housing selection process cannot be guaranteed for students who enter the return process after March 10th, 2024, though this would not exclude students from joining classes during add/drop or participating in a later housing selection process. 

NOTE: If you wish to apply for a Housing Accommodation please contact Accessibility Services to become aware of the deadline. You'll need to provide documentation and speak with a staff member in Accessibility Services prior to that date.
