Asymetric Localization of P Granules in C. elegans embryo

This movie is from Clifford P. Brangwynne et al. (Science 2009). It uses tools that were not available in the 1980s, but is a great way to watch P granules live as they get asymetrically localized in the early embryo right after fertilization. The P granules are tagged with GFP by making a gene fusion with one of the P granule components. The embryo is colored red just to increase contrast with the P granules (hope no one is colorblind!)
