Smith College
I wish to sublet my place at 108 South Street, Northampton for the academic year 1st July 2024 to 30th
June 2025. This is located just 10-12 minutes walk from Smith College in Northampton, MA.
The unit has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with an additional room that can be used as a study. All of the
bedrooms, bathroom and study are on the upper level, downstairs are the kitchen, living and dining
room areas. The unit can be rented fully furnished (with two queen sized beds, living room set,
microwave, AC unit which can be attached to a bedroom window) or semi-furnished (which includes
fridge, stove, dishwasher). Laundry services (washer and dryer) are located within the unit. A personal
private patio area is available outside the back door, which borders a sizeable green field with grass and
trees.
Price: $1,987/month. Sub-letter is responsible for gas, electricity and internet bills. Smith College takes
care of water/sewer, garbage/recycling and snow removal from paths.
