Lodging: Non-local participants will be lodged at the Lord Jeffrey Inn (30 Boltwood Ave, Amherst, MA 01002) in downtown Amherst, a very short walk to campus and workshop locations. You will receive a reservation number from the workshop organizers or staff prior to your arrival. Lord Jeffrey Inn website. Parking is available and free of charge.

Airport transportation: Workshop organizers and staff are coordinating all ground transportation from/to Bradley International Airport (BDL) and the Lord Jeffrey Inn in Amherst. Those requiring airport transportation will receive detailed information from the workshop organizers or staff prior to your arrival.

Workshop locations: All workshop activities will take place on the Amherst College campus. There are three locations: Converse Hall lobby, Friedmann Room (on the second floor of the Keefe Campus Center), and the Mullins Room in the Lewis-Sebring Dining Commons of Valentine Hall. Converse Hall, Keefe Campus Center, and Valentine Hall can all be found on the Amherst College campus map (select "map with building list").

Travel reimbursement: Please bring receipts and any other documentation for flight cost or mileage reimbursement. You will be asked to submit receipts and complete a W-9 at the workshop. Reimbursement payments will be processed by the Amherst College Controller's Office and sent to you approximately two weeks after the workshop.
