As the Director of Digital Communications in the Offfice of Communications, I oversee the creation of web, video, print, and photography content. I am responsible for overall maintenance and growth of the Amherst College public website. I initiate projects to tell the Amherst story in creative ways and provide support to the members of the Digital Communications Team. I work closely with colleagues in Communications, IT, Advancement, Admission, and many other areas of campus.

I joined Amherst College on May 1, 2015. Prior to that, I spent over 20 years at Bucknell University in positions of increasing responsibility, working in both the Library/IT department and in Communications. I hold a B.A. in English from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
