There are a number of immunizations available at Keefe Health Center. Whether you are looking for vaccines to complete your health record as an incoming freshman, looking for travel vaccines for a trip abroad, or a seasonal influenza vaccine, you can call the Health Center to set up an appointment.
If you have private insurance, the cost of the immunization will be charged to your student account. You can request a receipt to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You will need to check with your insurance company regarding their reimbursement process procedure. If you are covered by the Amherst College student insurance, your insurance can be billed directly for the vaccine. If you are unsure if a specific vaccine is covered, you can contact your insurance carrier.
