Human Resources Fostering Creativity and Innovation in a Remote Workspace

In this time of change and challenge, we often find the need to simply maintain, to not stretch ourselves. This is the first step in a change process, and an understandable one in this time. As we continue however, the need for innovation and creativity becomes increasingly clear. We need to think of new ways to work through processes, to collaborate, to connect. The methods that were used in the initial months of remote work for some may be improvable now with our increased understanding of our changing work environment.  This workshop will unpack routines we are currently in, and address strategies for getting “unstuck”, thinking creatively, and innovating within our work environment. Creativity and Innovation will also be the theme for the February LinkedIn Learning Challenge.
