The form must be completed within seven days of the issue date on the parking ticket.
You will be notified via email once a decision has been made.

Being late for class or in a hurry to get somewhere
Inclement weather
The sign was not visible or easy to understand
Other car(s) parked there and did not receive a ticket
Having parked in the same place before and not receiving a ticket
The owner of the vehicle was not in possession of the vehicle (owner is responsible at all times)
Preferred parking lot full or too far away

*Failure to know/understand the policies does not constitute a compelling reason and appeals on that basis will not be considered as valid.
