Engaging in Annual Review Conversations are drop-in style sessions to discuss how to consider your growth and accomplishments, set goals, and prepare for a conversation with your supervisor about your performance.
These sessions are not intended to be overviews of the Workday process.
Separate sessions are also available for supervisors.
