Primary Competency: Personal Leadership

Wellness is often considered a state of mind, but in reality it is an act of practice. For our first L&D Community Read, we will be reading Burnout, by Emily Nagoski and Amelia Nagoski. Each week we will come together to discuss the content of the book and how the concepts apply to our specific situation. The book is relevant for “ . . .anyone who has felt overwhelmed and exhausted by everything they have to do, yet still worried they weren’t doing ‘enough’.”

Participants are responsible for obtaining their own copy of the book. We recommend utilizing the College library or your local library.

Attendance is encouraged, though not required, for all four sessions.
