At the Smith House Reception Center, you will find schedules of classes and other campus events, information on the Amherst area and light refreshments. Please stop by to check in, pick up a program and receive messages on Friday, November 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, November 11, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please register online before arriving on campus.

Tents

All of the on-field tents are arranged through Alumni and Constituent Engagement and Amherst Athletics prior to Homecoming weekend. Athletic tents will be arranged through the Athletics office. Student club tents will be assigned through this form. Clubs should register for a tent by October 13. A tent map will be posted at entrances to the field and is viewable online.

Tailgating

A light lunch and refreshments will be served on the west end of the field, and beer and wine will be available in the concession stand for guests 21+ through the end of halftime. Please be prepared to show a valid ID.

Several large tents will be available for alumni seating and gathering on the west end of the field. Once you arrive, look for your classmates under the decade signs!

Tailgates and "pop-up" tents 10 feet x 10 feet and smaller are allowed on the east end of the field. If you are part of a student group or club sport and would like to reserve a table on the east end, please fill out this form. This year Alumni and Constituent Engagement will be providing several 10 feet x 10 feet tents to student organizations to facilitate meet ups with alumni. Registration for these tents is now open. No alcohol is permitted in the stands, and no kegs are permitted anywhere on the premises. There will be no parking on Pratt Field at Lehrman Stadium.
