Mead Art Museum

The Mead Art Museum houses the art collection of Amherst College, spanning 5,000 years and encompassing the creative achievements of many world cultures.

Summer Hours

From Tuesday, July 30 - Friday, August 9, 2019 the Mead Art Musuem will be partially open. Daniels and Collins Galleries, featuring Constructing Collage and Fleeting Nature will be open to the public, while the rest of the museum is closed for installation. Please see below for our summer hours.

Monday: CLOSED                                                                                               

Tuesday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm                                                                                           

Friday: 9am - 8pm                                                                                                           

Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 5pm
